Stylish New York Hotel

At the Q&A Hotel, at 70 Pine Street near the Wall Street subway station, the rooms are giant apartments that feature full kitchens, well-appointed sitting areas, large bathrooms and big comfy king-sized beds.
“It’s a new category,” said Axel Fischer, the hotel’s general manager. “A residential hotel, with accommodations that are three times larger than the typical New York City hotel room.”
It does make you feel more like you’ve borrowed someone’s nice apartment than simply rented a hotel room.
The Q&A Residential Hotel offers exemplary space and service for extended-stay guests. The residential-style rooms are located on four stories of the AIG Building at 70 Pine Street, right in the heart of New York’s Financial District.
The rooms are more than three times the size of a typical Manhattan hotel room – ranging from 500 to 1,400 square feet. All rooms – from studios to two bedroom suites – provide fully-equipped kitchens and lounge spaces.
The only downside to this hotel is that it’s located in the city’s Financial Center, way, way, downtown, and it’s quite a long Uber ride to get to Times Square or the Javits Center where many tourists want to go. If you are totally on vacation, this may not be a big deal, but for a conference goer, this may be an issue.
The Q&A Residential Hotel has been expanding rapidly in recent years. On January 30th 2017, they introduced many staff and amenity additions.

Black Fox Coffee
The Q&A hotel lobby shares its space with Black Fox Coffee, an Australian-owned artisanal coffee shop. The gourmet coffee bar serves freshly brewed coffee which they buy from small, independent farmers that focus on the quality of their coffee plants.

Just got home from 4 absolutely, perfect days in NYC, the Q and A was perfect in every way, . City Acres deli, restaurant and grocery store downstairs was the best. Our room, apartment, was exceptional. Location ideal, subway across the street, walk to Battery Park and Statue of Liberty, easy to get to anywhere you need to go. Staff could not have been more accommodating. We will make this our go to hotel while in NY.
