Legend brewery isn’t in shocked it’s a cross the river from the slip. You can sit on the patio with the downtown skyline across the river, sometimes at night the skyline reflects off the river and it looks like some of the buildings are in the water.
I can’t type any more because there’s a dam add blocking the screen and I can’t see what I’m typing ☹️😠😡😠😡

Those Statue’s were a part of history and should have never been removed.

I am flabbergasted after reading this article about Richmond and the surrounding area! It talks about the Confederacy at great length, almost in a proud fashion!
“The Capitol is a great attraction as well, ringed by monuments. The most imposing is at the gated entrance of the Capitol — George Washington astride a horse. The Capitol, built in 1788, is a testament to Jefferson’s genius ”
RINGED BY MONUMENTS? HAS THE WRITER BEEN TO THE CAPITOL LATELY? “Eight major Civil War battles were fought within the city and in the surrounding countryside.” DOES THIS WRITER KNOW THE VIRGINIA GOV. NORTHAM & MAYOR LAMAR STONEY ARE DOING THEIR BEST TO ERASE EVERY PIECE OF CIVIL WAR HISTORY IN RICHMOND TO THE POINT OF REMOVING THE BEAUTIFUL MONUMENTS!
“This wide avenue is broken up every few blocks statuary of famous Richmonders: Gen. Robert E. Lee, on horseback, Gen. Stonewall Jackson, Gen. JEB Stuart, President Jefferson Davis and, at its far end, tennis great Arthur Ashe Jr. ” SHOULDN’T THE WRITER MENTION THESE STATUTES HAVE BEEN REMOVED, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE ARTHUR ASHE STATUE AND GEN. ROBERT E. LEE’S STATUE, WHICH IS TO BE REMOVED PENDING THE OUTCOME OF THE COURT DECISION. THIS ARTICLE IS TERRIBLY MISLEADING TO NON-RICHMONDERS. IF THE ARTICLE IS OUTDATED, IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED.

We publish articles every day and some get old as things change. We will make a note of your updates and appreciate you taking time to share this info, which was based on travel to Richmond before the statues were taken down.
