Radical Storage Provides a Reliable App for Travelers to Find Places to Store Luggage

Travelers no longer have to worry about lugging around heavy baggage thanks to Radical Storage and their savvy operation. Radical Storage, a new travel app, only requires four simple steps to have bags stored safely and out of the way.

Radical Storage is currently the world’s leading, and largest luggage storage network. The company was started under the name Bagbnb in Italy.

Location and Booking

Radical Storage offers an app that can quickly navigate your geolocation and the nearest storage location to you. The next step for travelers is to fill out a quick form on the app, which does not require registration. 

When filling out the form, travelers will be asked to put in a city where they will want their luggage safely stored. It will also display how many different options they will have for that particular city.

The customer will then be given a QR code and a detailed report of their luggage location, the storage business’s name and address, contact details, and any special offers that may be featured. 

Travelers will then be sent two emails regarding a confirmation, and the regulations for dropping off their luggage. Details can be altered regarding the luggage at any point, and it only requires a call to customer service. 

Luggage Storage and Pickup 

Once the traveler has arrived at the storage location, a Radical Storage partner will scan the QR code that was given in the first step on the app. The partner will then obtain the luggage to safely store. 

The Radical Storage partner will then notify the traveler if they have any special coupons or features that they can use to get a discount off of the already low-priced storage cost. An email will be sent with a delivery receipt. 

Preferred pick up can be filled out on the app. A notification will be sent to the traveler’s phone to pick up the bags at a certain time frame. A Radical Storage partner will be waiting with the luggage. 

Travelers worldwide now use the app and have had positive experiences with it. 

Traveler Robert Wilson used the Radical Storage service while vacationing in Corfu. Wilson said he was “able to enjoy our last few hours in Corfu without worrying about our bags and the cost was a quarter of the left luggage facility at the port and so represented exceptional value for money. [The manager] was already waiting with our bags. Overall an excellent experience with outstanding customer service.” 

The Radical Storage partner helped arrange transportation for Wilson in addition to storing their baggage.

The app also features a travel blog guide. The guide is provided to aid customers with additional information regarding destinations, and the best locations to keep their luggage stored at.

There are over 300 destinations featured on the website, and a detailed blog is included on each.

How Radical Storage Started

The CEO of Radical Storage, Alessandro Seina, is an entrepreneur who created the app in order to simplify the traveling process. 

Seina’s idea for the app sparked while he was returning home from a trip, and realized how outdated the luggage process is. Seina had a lot of travel experience and knew he could accomplish an improved luggage storage system.

His main goal was to make the experience of traveling more effortless and smooth sailing. Arriving and departing cities can put a stressful strain on commuters, so creating a luggage storage system was essential. 

Covid-19 Guidelines

The pandemic has affected traveling numerously, and it has not been easy for Radical Storage, and all other luggage storage companies across the globe. 

However, the CEO has kept a positive outlook and has adapted quickly. Radical Storage now has contactless procedures to check in and check out luggage. The storage company has also updated its health and safety guidelines permanently.

If travelers feel safe doing so, they can still have procedures in person rather than contactless; it is up to them.

 The luggage storage company will also adapt to any of the customer’s requests and preferences regarding covid safety. 

Seina believes that these changes are necessary and that the adjustments are useful for the future of the company.
