Great breakdown. One thing that’s saved me hassle with car rental is doing a quick video walk-around at pickup and again at return. It takes less than a minute and gives peace of mind if there’s ever a question about small scratches. I also make a point to double-check the fuel policy and after-hours drop-off steps before driving away, since those details can vary and affect the final cost. For anyone coordinating travel and lodging for larger crews, it’s interesting to look at how remote RV trailers and modular bunkhouses are set up for large teams, since those solutions are built to streamline logistics in one place: https://emergency-portable-modular-kitchen-rental.com/remote-rv-trailers-and-modular-bunkhouses-for-large-crews/
