They are called mangalarygoldplears.
They are seen on australian deserts and forsts in egypt...

The flowers are white and leaves colorful :) cool

but they are arranges like grapes :) it's different

Shekhar I am not sure if these are Lily of the Valley but they are quite similar, the leaves look quite different to me.
