Beautiful Birds
Brahminy Myna at Orchha, Madhya Pradesh
I have to admit that my love affair with birds started after I acquired a macro lens (Bart 1 bought it for me) and was able to see them up close.
I have also been aided in this by my Which Bird is This thread at Indiamike.

Welcome to the bandwagon of bird photographers Mridula :-)...
BTW, which lens do you have? Me suggests you invest in a good telephoto upto 800mm. Will go a long way considering your love for photography!!

One more comment from me...
BTW...you will find most of the Brahminy species in couples...some of them make sense...but most of the ones I have seen seem to be in pairs!
A great shot nonetheless of these pretty, yet somewhat rare bird.
Beautiful Picture....it seems they had a fight over the food:)
lovely shot mridula. first time seeing brahminy mynas. cheers,,
Nice shot. Birding is a lot of fun.
The click is excellent because the color of the background as well as birds are very similar.
Claps.
Sankara I have a 70-300mm lens, maybe in a few years I would upgrade. Many thanks for both your comments.
Thank you Tarun.
Rocksea, thank you.
Vamsee you posted some fab pictures too.
Thank you Hobo, I too saw the similarity.
Yup. To pursue photography seriously, those macros are much needed.
I believe one already has food and is guiding the other to find its :-P
Sangfroid all in good time. Will buy a bigger Macro lens for sure.
Very beautiful pic :) Indon't think they had a fight, i think there's something interesting out there they are looking at...
I agree Megha that they didn't had a fight.
