When I started Blogging ...
When I started Blogging ... I would blog just for the heck of it. Then I started thinking more and more about it and suddenly when I wanted to write something today, I was just giving it too much thought. Should I write it like this? Should I write it like that? Then with a start I realized I am treating it almost like work. And then it dawned that I enjoyed blogging so much because I did it for myself ... Time to go back to that mode again.

I am happy to read these two lines. :-)
Yup, yup, yup! Blog for yourself and enjoy it!
I agree. I, too, see blogging as letting the world take a peek into my personal journal. :)
lovely picture ...
True - often we pay too much attention to the content. I blog for myself too (atleast try) - so that sometime later I can look back and read where I was and how far I came!
To be honest (and I have followed your blog from very early on) I did not notice the transition from "blogging for myself" to "blogging for others". As long as we still get a glimpse of your travel destinations and get to read your interesting stories, either way is fine :-)
The changing seasons in Queenstown (NZ) are always beautiful but none is more spectacular than autumn however it reminded us of a massive car park, every street and pavement was littered with parked cars!
Apurva (Madhat) I am atrociously bad at chess! Happy now?
Alka, thanks for dropping by.
Cindy thank you and how is Bangalore treating you?
We agree on lot of things Sidhu, I guess.
Thanks Sigma.
Smita, to relive some of my travels, blogging is an absolute must!
Pooja, what prompted the entry was that I was thinking too much to make a post about Lansdowne hotels, whereas earlier I would just write... Thanks for your kind words.
Assma, thnks for the comment but I could not make much out of it, nor is your profile enabled so that I could have a look at your blog.
