We started from Mandi that is at an altitude of 780 meters, came by bus to Bagi (don't know the altitude but the nearest town Kataula is at 1380 meters) and from there we trekked up to the lake at a height of 2730 meters. No doubt I am still tired and catching a cold.

Did you stay in the guest house too ?
Yes, there is no other place to stay as of now, unless you count the bare rooms behind the temple. The cold is much better now.
Apart from the windows, which require a little bit of fixing, it looks like a nice place to stay in.

Don't go by the looks! The rooms and the bathroom too are huge but otherwise very basic. But the good thing is it is quite clean.
