I maintain an India Travel Blog which I started reluctantly but now has become an anchor for my writing. I have two passions. The first is to travel in India (mostly) and talking about it at this blog. The second passion is reading. My India travel blog was once linked at BBC and The Guardian. All my stories published at Gonomad can be viewed from this writer profile page. Interested in more India Travel Blogs?

Indeed!
Hi,
Was wondering if you'd be game for an email interview for Mumbai Mirror. We're beginning a Sunday feature on bloggers and it'll be a Q & A related to the stuff you blog about.
curioust to know if anyone has been to - or across - the border area of Sikkim with China? Is it required to obtain special permission (a permit) from either of the governments to go there and if so, where might one obtain such a permit?

Sidhu, shall I say indeed, indeed? :) Thanks a lot for your comment. I was out of town and not blogging for a few days, hence the long delay in reply.
Ken, I surely would be. I was actually out of town hence the delay in reply.
Sumita, I have been to Nathu-La an one has to take a government permit to visit the area but it is easily done with any travel agent. Also, the area is open only to Indian nationals as of now.
