London Anyone?
No, I am not going to London and this photograph has been taken by my husband when he was there last. In fact I have never been to London. So why am I writing this?
Well, I got a mail from Londonhotels4u.com with a request if I may give a link to them from my blog. Till date, I have never declined.
They promise me a good hotel deal if I ever head to London, well chances are absolutely slim, zilch I must say, but it is fun to get such requests.

I agree with maverick. What I feel is getting such acknowledgements is much better and satisfying than the deal they are offering. :))
Cuckoo, for me there is nothing better than travelling more :) but I agree this is the second best.

I got one too by the same guys. That's a publicity gimmick for sure ,but it indeed felt nice .
VJ, I was pretty sure many of us would have got the request :) I somehow give them the link even if it is a publicity gimmick. No harm dome to anyone by my linking me. After all, I say openly that I got a request and I have no experience with them.
What I wonder more about is that how many hits really can they get through a few blogs that they bother?

but i like the wordings of the mail & hope they will look after me well when i go there during my next trip to germany..
That's interesting. I once blogged about the new trend of Sheesha bar in USA. After a while the owner of the bar wrote to me that if I highlight his bar in my blog then he would pay me 25 dollars.
I put the link of his bar site in the above mentioned post and let him know. Then he got back to me saying that he actually wanted a review/short feature on his sheesha bar.
Well how could I do it without actually being in the bar? So I removed the link and stop communicating with him. End of the story.
