single cow. The cows walk wild, but never roam
more than a few blocks from home. People in Accra know
who each cow belongs to. Four times a year, the
families slaughter and eat their livestock.

Someone from Ghana is a Ghanaian, this needs to be fixed. Be careful not to put down the people in Ghana, they are just a different culture than us...Our webmaster Joe took offense to this misspelling and some of this. Not sure this is the right kind of thing to use, try to be more succinct, and put in more info about the place, I'd put no more than 2 photos at one time.
