Other Important Things to Remember:

Tourist visas good for one month are free and available on arrival.

No vaccinations or malarial precautions are necessary to visit Fiji from North America, and English is the official language. Many Fijian dialects are spoken, while some Indo-Fijians speak Fiji-Hindi. Christianity is the dominant religion, followed by Hinduism. There are Muslim and Sikh minorities.
