The GoNOMAD Cafe is Now Open!

Coffee, lunch, Bagels, Internet and Conversation...in the center of South Deerfield, MA.

In March 2006, we opened a new Internet cafe in the front and side of our new office at 4A Sugarloaf Street, South Deerfield, MA. The cafe offers FREE WiFi and rental computers you can use to check email, surf the web or play games.

GoNOMAD's flat screen computers allow you to do new things on the computer: shop eBay, play poker, read stories and listen to podcasts. The environment is relaxed and the web in its many forms will be the focus of the cafe.

The cafe sells breakfast and lunch, gourmet coffee, cappuccino, espresso, lattes, teas, natural juices, bagels, cakes and breads from local bakeries. If you're paying $29 a month for broadband internet at home you barely use, we invite you to purchase an internet card from us and check your mail right here. We'll have the coffee and the connection you want.

The GoNOMAD Cafe has brought the community to our door, and we offer a full range of services that will make a wireless internet experience possible for anyone. . We will also design your website or help you optimize your website for better search engine positioning. We're all about the 'Net and can help you with all sorts of Internet related projects.

Why Is It Free?

You might ask, why would we open a cafe and offer the WiFi Internet for free? Because we believe that the 'Net should be free, and that someday, wireless connectivity will be part of the infrastructure, like water, sewer and phone lines. Some day we would like to offer a high speed wireless Internet service to our community, and we want to tell our neighbors about this, which will be better than anything now available from the phone or cable companies.

We hope that the people who come in to check email will want to sample our cappuccino, buy pastries and let us help make their websites better. We think that's a fair bargain.
